Q) Can more than one child be included in the personalized letter from Santa?

A) Yes! We can include a maximum of THREE children per one booklet/letter from Santa. We do recommend one booklet/letter per child for the most personalized experience, but we can still include small details for up to three children within one letter. We do not offer multiple letters from Santa within one booklet order, all children will be included within one personalized letter.

Q) What is included in one order of the personalized velvet booklet?

A) One order of the red or green velvet booklet includes: One velvet booklet itself with Santa's golden crest on the cover, One personalized letter from Santa on cotton deckled edge paper with gold leaf, One keepsake Christmas poem on acrylic, and One official certificate from The North Pole for being on the "Nice List"

Q) What is the turnaround time after I place my order?

A) We are able to ship out orders within 1-2 business days after you've placed your order. We currently offer Standard shipping rates and free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.

A) We ship from California, here in the United States!

Q) Are the personalized letters handwritten or printed?

A) Our letters are printed in a vintage, handwritten style font on textured cotton deckled edge paper for a seamless and timeless feel. We also emboss each letter with an authentic Santa Mail & North Pole Post stamp.
